Helpful Tutorials on trapcg.com -- check out advanced facial rigging

There are many helpful tutorials on trapcg.com -- I particularly like the 2 part set Advanced Face Rig in 3D Studio Max.  It demonstrates how to design and wire an intuitive spline-drawn control panel to drive facial expressions.  This makes facial animation much easier than using the morpher modifier interface.
